Miguel Gervásio Livongue, aka Livongh gives us the best in traditional kizomba. It’s getting hot on the dance floor!
At the age of nine, he learns with his father, at home, to play the piano, at which time he participates in the “Carrocel” program of “TPA” (Televisão Popular de Angola), with excellent performance.
In 1996, Livongh begins his musical career as a singer in Namibe, in the “Banda Baía do Semba”, where he puts into practice his talents as a singer and instrumentalist. He is inspired by several renowned groups and singers of the time, namely Kassav, Irmãos Almeida, Micheal Jackson, U2, and Steve Wonder among others.
In 1998, Livongh moved to Lubango, where he played in several bands, such as “Lubangola”, “Sonhadores”, and “R. Voice”. In the same year, as a result of the experience he acquired, he composed his first musical record “Amei de mais”.
At Lubango Livongh, he gained notoriety when he set foot on a large stage for the first time, at the annual music festival “Festas da Cidade”.
