Moe er en av de mest spennende, inspirerende og underholdende koreografer i Latindans-verdenen idag, og han reiser bokstavelig talt verden rundt som danseinstruktør og mc! Han er grenseløst entusiastisk over dans og setter et slikt personlige preg på klassene sine, at du sitter igjen med den der utrolig gode følelsen og bare vil ha mer og mer av det samme..

Moe har gjestet SalsaNor-eventer ved flere anledninger tidligere, for eks. på SalsaNors Ruedakongress og på Hot & Tropical på Mallorca. Det er nå på tide at Oslo får æren av å ta imot denne artisten, og vi lover deg, Oslos vil aldri bli det samme etter Moe Flex har vært i by´n!

His boundless enthusiasm for dance is impossible to ignore and by adding his personal touch to everything he does, Moe ensures every dance class or workshop is a positive and memorable experience and one which will always leave you wanting more, and more..

Moe has worked with SalsaNor in several occations, for example at the SalsaNor Rueda Congress and the Hot & Tropical in Mallorca. It´s about Oslo have the honour of receiving this remarkable artist. The Oslo dance scene will never be the same again!

Yohan Corrioso (Cuba)

Yohan er en crazy, energisk og utrolig morsom danser som er bosatt på Cuba men er p.t. på turné i ulike Europeiske land, hvor han sprer sin smittende cubanske energi. Han skal gi oss Reggaeton, Cubansk Rumba og Rueda de Casino i løpet av festivalen.

Yohan is a crasy, energetic and super fun dancer who is living in Cuba but currently on a tour in several European countries boosting the dance scene with his cuban energy. At Oslo Caribbean Feeling he is giving us Reggaeton, Cuban Rumba and Rueda de Casino.

Mario Acea (Cuba)

Mario er danser og koreograf fra Cienfuegos, Cuba, og spiller også cubansk perkusjon. Han har arbeidet med dans på fulltid siden han kom til Stavanger i 2014 som instruktør for SalsaNor, og han elsker å undervise. Mario sier at hans drøm er å spre sin kultur til danseelever i alle aldre og alle verdenshjørner. Mario har en positiv, smittende energi, og får selv det vanskelige til å virke lett. Mario vil også ha en egen workshop for ungdom i cubansk rumba i løpet av Caribbean Feeling-helga, som alle kan få se resultatet av på Domingo de la Rumba søndag.

Mario is a professional cuban dancer and choreographer from Cienfuegos, Cuba. He is dedicated to teaching and his aim is to take his art and culture to students of all ages and to every corner of the world. Mario has been living in Stavanger, Norway since march 2014 and is the main teacher for SalsaNor in Stavanger. In Cuba he was trained at the Ballet Folclórico of Trinidad and was dancing with several dance companies in Trinidad and Cienfuegos. Mario is also a percussionist.

Pablo Miranda (Chile/Norge)

Pablo er en såkalt “allrounder”, han både danser og underviser flere salsastilarter, bachata, rueda de casino og mere til, og har snart 20 års erfaring som instruktør. Han er svært populær både i Stavanger og Kristiansand, hvor han underviser mest; i tillegg er han den som flest år har toppet favorittinstruktør-lista fra evalueringene på Ruedakongressen, hvor han har vært fast ruedainstruktør det siste 10-året. Har du ennå ikke opplevd en klasse med Pablo, er det på tide!

Pablo is al “all-rounder”, he both dances and teaches various salsa styles, bachata, rueda de casino and more, and has close to 20 years of teaching experience. A very popular instructor in the cities of Stavanger and Kristiansand, where he teaches frequently. He has also been on the very top of the list of favourite teachers on the evaluations from the SalsaNor Rueda Congress several years in a row. If you haven´t been to one of Pablos classes yet, it´s about time!

Bernt Rygg (Norge)

ALLE vil være med på Bernt sine ruedaklasser, og cubanerene selv kaller ham Ruedaens leksikon. Han er nøkkelpersonen i arbeidet med utviklingen av Ruedastandarden (ruedastandard.no) som har pågått i 15 år, og er i tillegg en av de mest sentrale figurene i SalsaNors Ruedakongress. Han står bak utviklingen av flere nye og morsomme rueda-varianter, som f.eks. Rueda Combo og Ábaco. Bli med på klassene hans i disse variantene og hans øvrige rueda-klasser på Oslo Caribbean Feeling.

As teacher of Rueda de Casino there is no comparison, his classes have been the most popular for very many years, and cuban dancers and teachers have already named him The Encyclopedia of Rueda de Casino. He is a key person in the developement of the Norwegian Rueda Standard, and is also one of the most important figures in the SalsaNor Rueda Congress. Don´t miss out on his rueda classes at this event.

Theodore Awadzi (Ghana/Norge)

Theo bodde i UK til inntil ett år siden, da han flyttet til Oslo. Siden da har kizomba´en nådd helt nye høyder i Norge og Theo er blitt er svært populær instruktør, dj og arrangør. Han har også bakgrunn som salsadanser og vunnet 1.plassering i konkurransen British Open Professional Salsa Championship bpde i 2010 og 2012.

Theo was living in UK until one year ago wen he moved to Oslo, Norway. Since then the kizomba scene in Norway has reached “new heights” as he has become a very popular dance instructor, DJ and organizer. Before kizomba, Theo has a long salsa and rueda history with several 1st Places at the British Open Professional Salsa Championship (2010 and 2012). We are very happy to welcome him both to dj and to teach the SalsaNor Rueda Congress 2016.

George Daniels (Sør-Afrika/Norge)

George er bosatt i Oslo og med-arrangør av Oslo Caribbean Feeling. Han underviser i dansene kizomba, bachata, salsa og merengue ved flere danseskoler og via sin egen skole Daniels-Dance. Han er også jevnlig invitert som artist til flere internasjonale dansekongresser.

George is living in Oslo and he is co-organizer of the Oslo Caribbean Feeling Festival. He teaches kizomba, bachata, salsa and merengue at various dance schools and also through his own company Daniels-Dance. He is frequently invited as artist, both as dance teacher and as dj, to different international congresses and events.

Yuliet Estrada (Cuba/Norge)

Yuliet er oppvokst i Havanna, hvor hun danset i kompaniet “Conjunto Folclórico de la Universidad de la Habana”. Hun har bodd i Norge siden 2008, og har hele tiden jobbet både som utøvende danser og instruktør, nå på heltid. Hun har undervist jevnlig for SalsaNor de siste 5 årene, både i Stavanger, Trondheim og på flere av SalsaNors Ruedakongresser.

I Oslo underviser hun også ved flere andre danseskoler, og er en ettertraktet artist til ulike internasjonale dansekongresser.

Yuliet grew up in Havana, where she used to dance in the compañia “Conjunto Folclórico de la Universidad de La Habana”. She moved to Norway in 2008, and has been teaching and dancing profesionally since then. She has been teaching regularly with SalsaNor the last 5 years both in Stavanger, Trondheim and Oslo, and at the SalsaNor Rueda Congress several times. In Oslo she also teaches at various other dance schools, and she is a popular artist at international congresses.

Nii Nortey Lokko (Ghana/Norge)

Nii er den mest sentrale figur i Rogaland hva angår kizomba musikk og dans, og han har etablert et glødende kizomba-miljø i Stavanger i løpet de siste par årene. Nii er også en meget inspirerende danser og instruktør i salsa (crossbody/On1 style med crossover til cubansk salsa) med sine 12 års danseerfaring.

Han har undervist for danseskoler som STIL dans, Salsanor, Latin Dance Lab Inc., & Stage Dance Academy. Hans ghanesiske røtter har utstyrt ham med en unik forståelse og tolkning av rytmisk musikk. Nii kommer til å undervise sammen med sin partner Angelica.

Nii is the main promoter of Kizomba music and dance in Rogaland and has managed to establish a vibrant kizomba scene in Stavanger over the last couple of years. Nii is also an inspiring dancer, instructor and performer in salsa (crossbody/On1 style with crossover to Cuban Salsa) with over 12 yrs of social dancing experience. He has been teaching at dance schools such as STIL dans, Salsanor, Latin Dance Lab Inc., & Stage Dance Academy. His Ghanaian roots equip him with a unique understanding, appreciation and interpretation of rhythms in music. Nii will be teaching with his partner Angelica Osorio (Columbia/Norway).

Steeve Oagi (Frankrike/Norge)

Steeve er en glimrende bachata danser og instruktør, kjent internasjonalt for å ha deltatt på ulike kongresser. P.t bor han i Trondhjem, hvor han underviser både Bachata, Salsa og Cha-cha-cha. Få med deg hans Bachata workshops på festivalen.

Steeve is an amazing bachata dancer and teacher, internationally known from various congresses. At the moment he is living in Trondhjem where he teaches Bachata, Salsa and Cha-cha-cha. Don´t miss his Bachata classes during the festival.

Stine Larsen (Norge)

Stine startet sin dansekarriere med ballett da hun var 6. Hun har bakgrunn fra dancehall, hip hop bellydance og jazz før hun begynte med pardans og salsa i 2012. 2013 var året hun oppdaget kizomba, og har fokusert mest på det årene etter. Dans er en stor del av Stines liv, og hun elsker å dele sin kompetanse i undervisning. Hun har undervist sammen med flere instruktør-partnere, fra 2015 med Theo Awadzi.

Stine started dancing ballet when she was six years old, and has since then been dancing many different styles like dancehall, hip hop bellydance and jazz. She started focusing on couple dances like salsa and bachata in 2012 but dedicated most of her time to kizomba after her first encounter with the dance in 2013. Dancing has always been a big part of her life and the eager to share her passion and knowledge is very visible during classes. Stine has been teaching with many different instructors from around the world, which has given her knowledge and understanding of different aspects of kizomba. In 2015 she started dancing and teaching kizomba and semba with Theodore Awadzi.
