It’s showtime again! Monitored by our one-and-only MC Moe Flex, we have 5 splendid shows on stage for the Saturday Party.
This fantastic concert & party night starts off with Showtime in beautiful Marmorsalen. Let us present the show groups.
We know that a lot of the active show groups have had a full stop during Covid, and luckily most of them are slowly getting back in action again. But not all of them are ready with any shows for this edition of Oslo Caribbean Festival. We are therefore extra grateful for the super special and courageous groups that are presenting their show this year. And we simply cannot wait to see them!
The five groups you will be enjoying from stage on Saturday are:
Level Up show team, a new student team who will be presenting a completely new salsa choreography and also performing together for the very first time! Choreo created by Hanna Matilde Søreng.
Next up is Fuerza Feminina. They will present the rueda choreo that they presented at the WADF Rueda de casino World Championship in September, and where they came 5th! Congratulations!! Looking very much forward to seeing this amazing, all-feminine rueda!!
Rhythm bachata Showteam will present one of their great bachata shows, created by two of the dancers and founders of Rhythm, Miguel Carrazana and Martine Camilla Brænna.
Magda Prichidko from SalsaNor Trondheim is bringing her SalsaNor Ladies Team to perform one of her super creative choreos for us again.
Finally we are excited to present a samba show this year, the student show from Samba Explosion by Jenny Gjerlow. Showtime this year will be on fire!!
Doors open at 20 hrs, and Showtime will commence approximately 20:15. Shortly after the shows the Son Libre concert will start in Forstanderskapssalen. And we will have dis playing 3 dance floors all night. See you there!
